The association "CON I CAMPESINOS" constitued officially in 1994 in Vimercate, a small town close to Milan, but the people who take part in the association started operating since 1984. The main aim of the group was to assemble different persons interested in working as volunteers for facing the problem of underdevelopment.
In a second time the same persons made up their mind to constitue an official association with the same aim. Today the most important activity of the Campesinos association is to finance micro-projects in some poor areas around the world and promoted by non-governement organisations or by missioners who live in these areas.
