CIAD
Mandelia Village
Building of a secondary school in the Mandelia village, constitued by six classes of concrete and provided with all necessary infrastructures.
The aim is to increase the spread of the school in that area and to get better the education level of its inhabitants.
Responsible of the project is Mr. Armando Piazza, ACRA association volunteer in Ciad.


Zaire
Bukavu and Katana
We have been supporting this project for several years. Its main goal is to provide the children taken in Bukavu and Katana hospitals, because undernourished, with food containing vitamins and proteins, necessary for their growth.
The cures for these illnesses last many years; our hope is the children can be cured and go back to their homes. Responsible of the project are Sister Lucia Sabbadin, Bukavu hospital doctor and Sister Rosetta Rossi, Katana hospital nurse.


Sao Tomé
Praia Almoxarife Village
The project reguards the building of a water tank connected by 3000 metres of pipes to some fountains. This work needs the village of Almoxarife where, in these last years, the population is increasing and thus also the water requirement.
The responsible of the project is Mr. Angelo Caimi, volunteer of "Carrobiolo" group in Monza (Milan).


South America Projects

NICARAGUA
The project consists in the adoption of children affected by leucemia and taken at "La Mascota" hospital in Managua. The aim of the project is to pay the expensive cures the children need and support members of poor families living in rural areas that accompany the children who must be cured.
In particular our group is supporting the cases of Claudia Maria Salazar Baca and Domingo Angel Montoya Liza.
Responsible of the project is Mrs. Maria G. Locati, member of ACRA association.


Brasil
Vila Joao XIII - Imperatrix
The project consists in purchase of a cyclostyle necessary for the education of some children who attend a kindergarten and for their parents.
The plan is to print books for children and other issuses concerning the activities of the centre who has arranged the kindergarten and the hospital. All the published material will be spread over the close area.
Responsible of the project is Giuliana Villa, volunteer in Vila Joao mission.


Asia Projects

INDIA
Eluru
The project is going to finance a school for carpenters, blacksmiths and mechanics that holds young and unployed people belonging to the poorest social group.
The goal is to give them the chance to find a job and to increase their income.
Responsible of the project is Father Enrico Meregalli, missionary in India.
